- Physical products can be returned if they are in their original unopened package, i.e. games in shrink-wrap.
- We retain the right to deny return requests, for example, if the product was ordered a long time ago (more than a year).
- Shipping costs are not refunded, and you are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
